RETURN POLICY & RETURN REQUEST

Return Process

  1. Call or email to request a return.
  2. We will review your request and will send out Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Any Package received without this number will be returned back to you.
  3. Carefully package the item, taking care to include all of its tags, bags, and manuals. Please be sure not to write on or damage the manufacturer's packaging material, as this can make an item not returnable.
  4. You are responsible for return shipping and handling costs. Shipping costs are not refundable.
  5. Once we receive your package, we will inspect your returned items to ensure they meet the guidelines. If the item and packaging are in resalable condition, we will process your refund back to the original payment method

Return Policy

The item must be uninstalled, unused, in resalable condition, in original packaging, and complete with all tags and manuals. Make sure to follow all the directions in the Return Process outlined above. OEM and aftermarket parts must be returned in 30 days of receipt and a 15% restocking/handling fee on all new returns and no refund on shipping. 

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment.
  • Please allow three (3-5) business days for refunds to be processed following receipt of your return.
  • Please call or email with any questions regarding the status of your return. Be sure to have your order number ready.
  • Products that are not eligible for return and will be sent back to you at your cost if received by us:
    • Any product that has been installed or used.
    • Any product that is returned without all of the original packaging and accessories, including the retail box and all other items originally included with the product.
    • Any product that exhibits physical damage.

Damaged Shipments

Damaged packages are the responsibility of the delivering carrier. If you receive a damaged package, save the box and all packaging material and call us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.

Defective Products & Product Warranties

If you receive an item that is defective, please contact us immediately.  As a seller of marine and small engine equipment. We purchase from several manufacturers. Please be aware that warranties from defect are provided strictly through the manufacturer.  If your part is eligible for a warranty claim, we will get information from you to process your claim and will provide instructions for you as well as a Warranty Authorized Return number to be able to return the defective part. If you believe you have a defective product please contact us so we can assist you.

Closeouts

Closeout, discontinued, vintage, and special order items are sold as-is and cannot be canceled or returned.

Canceling an Order

Applicable to parts only.

We understand certain situations may arise where an order or part of an order may need to be canceled. Partzmonkey.pro works extremely hard to fill orders in the shortest amount of time possible. We ask that you call us as soon as possible with your cancellation request.  We will attempt to cancel your order if it has not entered the fulfillment process. If your order has already entered the fulfillment process or shipped, you will have to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) by contacting us. You will be responsible for returning the shipment. There will be no reimbursement for shipping & handling charges.

 

Shipping or Website Errors

Should the customer receive product not expressly ordered either by our shipping error or incorrect website information, the product will be picked up by our shipper and replacements shipped at no additional charge
